We successfully launched the DLE MONITOR website on time with a unique visual style compared to the DLE official website. We utilized prioritization, planning, user research, prototyping, UI design, testing, and development strategies to ensure successful completion. DLE Land Development GmbH (DLE) uses the DLE monitor "This is how we want to live" to seek answers to key questions and improve the "democratization of the approval processes." By integrating the needs of residents and communities at an early stage in land and project developments, the DLE prioritizes citizen participation and leverages empirical social research data to inform planning and design decisions.
My task is to launch a half-year website for DLE MONITOR together with the development team and design team. This is a fast paced project. The website took 3 weeks from production to online.
The design difficulty is how to maintain a similar visual language to DLE while distinguishing it from the main website of DLE.
